Yes. For PC, the save file is hidden somewhere in your device. Feel free to download the newer one and delete all the older versions.
For Android, download the newer .apk, run it and let it overwrite the game. DO NOT delete the game as it will also delete your save. You may delete the .apk when the update is finished.
For Browser, the only way for saves to be transferred to newer versions is via the Cloud Save feature for Patrons. All data unfortunately gets reset whenever I renew the browser version.
When given the option to go on a mission for kayo with neon, she ask for some food prior to the task, by giving her 3x ginseng... that's how you'd get that cutscene
If you're referring to the Neon gangbang scene, I have not hired that artist ever since people have been accusing him of using AI. Rest assured that the content on the following updates will be from real artists only.

A new combat area unlocks once KJ gives you the quest. It's at Kay/O's spot. Click the left arrow button and you'll see it.

No, you'll have to download the new files. Don't worry, your save file remains in your PC even after deleting the older files.

Unfortunately, iOS is not officially supported by this game so these crashes are to be expected and has no fixes. Sorry.
